It’s all over!

I meant the Carnival season in Trinidad and Tobago. To be honest the level of productivity for the local population is extremely low during this time except for those who rely on the season of course.

More importantly we take this opportunity to launch a short video series focusing on Agripreneurs around the Caribbean.

Via assistance from the Technical Centre for Agriculture and Rural Cooperation (CTA) Tech4Agri was able to provide social media training for youth at the Caribbean Week of Agriculture 2016 in the Cayman Islands.

Our social media team of reporters worked together to cover the event, did an excellent job. However we were intrigued by the other agriyouth we meet at the marketplace activity during the event.

Each week we will feature an agripreneur. Despite all the issues facing the sector with little solutions on the horizon, agriyouth have that drive and determination towards the success of their endeavours. Take an inside look at the event and follow for next week’s featured vlog.

Stay dedicated!
